AXONLUX BlackView™ is a cutting-edge dimmable film based on a proprietary multicolor microcrystalline matrix developed by Axonlux in Germany.
It offers real-time control over transparency, color, haze, and privacy — all within a flexible, ultra-thin form factor. Unlike traditional PDLC or EC films, BlackView™ provides full-spectrum modulation with millisecond response, including ultra-dark blackout mode and vivid visual transparency.

How It Works

Unlike legacy dimming films that rely on single-axis light scatter (e.g., PDLC), BlackView™ uses a multi-layer system combining:

At rest, the film blocks both light and visibility. Once powered, the structure becomes nearly transparent and color-shifted with precise optical clarity — adjustable to any gradient.
